Incorporated in 2018, AMHARTA Educare Pvt. Ltd. was formed by a group of educationists having many years of experience in the field of school education in India, and a good understanding of the system, its problems and their solutions.
AMHARTA Educare provides its expertise to schools for helping them bridge existing gaps in their curricula for helping students acquire essential capabilities in preparation for their lives beyond school.
Our Vision
The content and delivery of our programs are based on the vision of a peaceful and united world, where people, freed from all manners of prejudice, strive to attain material and spiritual progress for themselves and for others.
This vision is founded on two convictions: first, that real advancement and progress is impossible when people are divided and in a state of conflict and discord. And second, human-beings, have been created innately noble and thus have the capacity to rise above their lower nature and contribute to the common good; where self, need and greed gets replaced by empathy, truth and service.
All programs offered by AMHARTA Educare have at their core the realization of this vision.

Payam Shoghi
MD & Co-founder
Payam has over 30 years of experience working with schools, 20 years of which were spent in leadership roles. He also has over 20 years of experience as a trainer, working with school leaders and teachers, and sharing with them the innovative insights that he acquired over the years.
As the Co-founder and Managing Director, Payam brings considerable educational experience and unique insights and expertise to the design and delivery of our programs.
Neda S. Mihrshahi
Co-founder & Programs Facilitator
As the Co-founder Mrs Neda, has served in the field of education in various capacities such as, School Head, Headmistress of the primary section, dorm superintendent, administrator and working with students diagnosed with specific learning disabilities.
Where her purpose and passion lies in helping children develop higher order thinking skills, a positive attitude and high moral standards.
Lua Poorekhorsandi
CEO & Web Manager
Ms. Lua is someone who, with experience in the field of Management Training & as a qualified psychologist is an asset to the team of AMHARTA. She has known right from the beginning of establishing herself that her field of service would be one of education and since has been working eagerly towards it.
Pezhman Shoghi
Chief Marketing Officer
Pezhman has over 15 years of experience as an educator, specifically as the Head of the Language Department and as a lecturer in teaching English as a second language. She has also worked as a Project leader for UNICEF, Patna on “Rights of girl child” and Co-authored an English text book.
